This notice describes the initial ALICE website platform. It is a product statement, not a claim of completed GDPR compliance.
What the platform stores
Your account identity, secure credential records, household membership, projects, tasks, finalized meeting text you choose to upload, sharing grants, and the minimum operational records needed to keep the service secure.
What meeting sharing excludes
Meeting audio and attachments have no platform storage path. Shared meeting documents exclude confidence scores, embeddings, diarization diagnostics, model prompts, hidden analysis, evidence ranges, and unapproved action drafts.
Who can see content
A household role is administrative. It does not reveal another member's private tasks, meetings, transcripts, summaries, or notes. Project membership reveals project tasks. Meeting content requires ownership, a direct grant, or an enabled project grant plus project membership.
Security baseline
Passwords use memory-hard hashing. Browser credentials stay in secure server sessions. OAuth tokens and invitation, verification, and recovery secrets are stored only as hashes. Logs and emails are designed to remain content-free.
Contact and future policy
Before public production launch, the operator must add verified contact details, retention periods, subprocessors, lawful-basis information, export and deletion procedures, and the final jurisdiction-specific privacy notice.
