Use a unique email address and protect your password and devices. You are responsible for invitations and sharing choices made through your account.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the tasks, transcripts, summaries, and notes you upload. Only upload and share material you are allowed to process and disclose.
Meeting consent
ALICE does not replace notice or consent obligations for recording or transcribing meetings. Those obligations depend on where you and the participants are located.
Early-service availability
The initial service may change during development. Backups, incident procedures, and restore exercises are required before production use, but no uninterrupted-service promise is made in this draft.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to access another person's data, distribute malicious content, evade security controls, or violate applicable law.
